Formally educated in Europe, Fabris has a very diverse background. He has an intuitive grasp of issues that matter to business owners, and has an uncanny ability to provide simple problem-solving to his clients. Fabris has worked with and coached businesses around the globe, including taking several from start up to hundred million dollar plus companies. Prior to coming to SmartyVA, Fabris was an international business and sports coach/consultant and founder of a successful non-profit organization for mentally handicapped adults. His personal accomplishments include multiple gold medals as a British National Skydiving Champion, record holder in the Guinness World Book of Records and has been featured in many magazines around the world both as a sports-competitor and for his extensively published coaching articles.
